MeWe is led by Chief Executive and founder Kevin Osborne who has 23 years’ experience as leader/producer/developer in the arts & creative industries. After 11 years as Executive Producer in the music industry with clients including Warner Brothers and EMI, Kevin set up and ran KO Management and Tribal Tree, a charity providing music industry related artist development programme which launched careers of Plan B, Fazer (from N-Dubz), Andrew Hughes (Lilly Allen Producer). This led him to undertake four years’ research on BME leadership at Bath University School of Management (Distinction) & within the Clore Leadership Programme. Over three years he led the start-up of West End Culture Quarter, a consortium of arts organisations including the Royal Opera House, National Gallery, Somerset House, ENO, ICA. He then began work full time on the development and launch of MeWe.
