Steve Graves has worked in journalism for nine years, starting out as a daily newspaper reporter before moving in to newsdesk roles in print media. After a spell in digital PR campaign management he is now the Liverpool ECHO's executive editor for audience engagement, a role created as part of a major change in approach in the newsroom to focus on digital content.
