After a year that felt like a lifetime, Spector are ready to return with their second album and all new live show. With help from friend and inspiration, Dev Hynes, the band have honed their own production, developing their sound in claustrophobic home recording sessions before embarking on a trip that took them to Glasgow then New York, before returning to London for an intense 24/7 month with Malcolm McLaren's engineer and protegé Duncan Mills. Taking influence from their often euphoric and sometimes dire club experiences across Europe, the spectre of McLaren, and the great lyricists of our time (Nick Cave, Morrissey, Drake), the album has emerged as an emotional modern pop noir, more honed and personal than their debut and a further step towards embodying the unique vision that is Spector.
