Service Bells might just be the next huge Australian rock band. Featuring former members of Sydney indie rockers Cameras and Ernest Ellis, their sound shares the same gravitas and power as the likes of QOTSA or Interpol, but has a swagger and a groove that is all its own. Formed in 2013, the band released their debut single ‘Metropolis’ to critical acclaim. They also featured on last year’s ‘Making Patterns Rhyme’, a Manimal Records tribute to Duran Duran, alongside Warpaint, Moby, SOKO, Barbarian and more.
Their self-produced eponymous debut EP is out NOW. Recorded in home studios and basements around Sydney, the EP features 5 blistering tracks - the first to be made available is the phenomenal ‘Undertaker’, featuring guest vocals from The Preatures' Gideon Bensen.
